- Do I need medical prescription for the Total Body Scan?
NO, you only need to call us and make an appointment. However, the Total Body Scan is not covered by any Medical Insurance.
- How should I prepare for my Total Body Scan?
Its recommended that you fast for 8 hours prior to the scan. You will also need to drink a barium sulfate 1 hour prior to the scan. The barium can be picked before you appointment or you can come 1 hour before to drink it at our facility.
- How long is the Total Body Scan?
The scan takes approximately 15 minutes. However plan to be at the facility for about 30 min to include the registration process.
- When Do I get my results?
Your Total Body Scan results will be explained to you by one of our board certified physicians 24-48 hours after your scan.
- How can I pay for the Total Body Scan?
We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards.
